All of our spice blends, Spices, Mixed Herbs and seasonings are stored and dispatched within airtight packaging and generally have a shelf life of two years if unopened. However once opened we would encourage you to use them as often as you can when cooking but can bee good if kept dry and airtight for six to twelve months depending on the product.

Question: How do I use the spices?
Answer :
Our spices are dried with locked in flavour so you can add them to just about anything. All foods hot or cold, Salads, Soups, Roasted veg, Oils, Wines and Vinegar's. As you may of seen at our shows and events, just add a teaspoon full to some mayo or yogurt to create a simple fresh and tasty dip.

Answer :
As a general rule start off small. Anything hot then half a teaspoon but for anything else a good teaspoon is a good start and then just add to your required taste.

No! We have removed any nut ingredients from our warehouse to ensure that there is no cross contamination.

Yes ! Many of our products and blend mixes will contain seeds. All listings will show ingrediants but if you are atall unsure then please contact us via the support pages.

Our website is open to customers 24 hours a day 365 days a week. We only pack and dispatch Monday-Friday as a rule but do fine ourselves packing over the weekend during silly season. We will then dispatch via our standard mail service either Royal Mail or Pacelfore depending on the weight. All items are dispatched either in small pots, tubs, or refill packages. We try to use refill packaging for most orders as these travel well when sending overseas.
